So What's the verdict?

So with Christmas coming and hopefully some money and goodies for my truck. I've been looking at different lifts and I know that this question has been asked but what's the verdict on the 6" Rough Country lift? Haven't seen anyone on here running that lift. I don't do a ton of off roading but I want something I don't have to worry about breaking something when I do go out. Is the Rough Country any good or would it be better going with a Rancho? Any help on this would be great! Thanks everyone.

I havn't read any reviews on the Rough Country lift for your truck, but I have read a lot of mixed reviews on their other lifts. The Ranch would be a better choice in my opinion. It, along with the Fabtech, RCD and Pro Comp lifts are all good lifts for the 04-08's.

I have the 6" Rough Country lift on my truck, I actually have no complaints about it and its has been through some rough terrain, It does ride a little rougher. Here are a hew pics with lift installed.

Looks great! Just FYI, I didn't mean to sound like I was bashing RC. I just havn't read a lot of reviews on their lifts, especially for the 04-08 F-150's.

Can that ride be softened by some different/better shocks?
