what are all the size lifts fabtech makes ifs

 

I know of a 4" and a 6" I imagen that if they make a 6 and a 4 that they would probably make a 2"

 

Not really sure I understand your question. If you are asking what size lift does Fabtech make for your 2004 F-150, they only make a 6 inch lift for 4x4's and 4x2's. You can upgrade both lifts with Dirt Logic coilovers which will allow you to crank up the preload to get a total of about 8 inches of lift.
