Bump Stop Question

I have a 2000 4x4 with a fabtech 6" lift on it. I was looking at it today and there is only about an inch to inch and half of travel before the bump stop hits. Is this normal or should i crank up the torsion bars a little to give it some more travel. The truck is sitting level now so im worried if i crank it up it wont sit level. Here is a pic of it.

FYI, if there is 1.5" of compression at the bumpstop, there is probably 3-4 inches of compression at the wheel, atleast. Due to the placement of the bumpstop in the inner part of the control arm.

You could also probably cut the bumpstop down a little, for more compression if there is room in the wheel wells and nothing binds.

I wouldn't worry about it. You have plenty of travel.

I agree, plenty of travel and leave as is.

I've noticed something odd though. On headyduty chevys that are lifted, they look like their torsion bars are cranked out, yet their bump stops touch the lower control arm

I wondering the same thing when I put mine on. 4 years later it's still the same.

I'd leave it.
