cheap motorcraft shocks?

Hey does anyone know where I can buy the standard Motorcraft shocks for a 2002 f150 cheap? I don't feel like paying $70 each, and I like to use original equipment.

I went through the same earlier this year with my '97. After 10 faithful years of service, new shocks were due. Try Amazon.com. In my case, I decided on the Rancho shocks.

You got 10 years out of a set of shocks? Must not have been alot of miles. Thanks for the info, I'll check it out.

Fifty150, that Amazon.com is the cat's ***! I called a local Ford dealer and got the motorcraft part numbers for the shocks that go on my truck, and found them on there that way. total cost with 5-9 day free shipping is less than $155, thanks buddy!

My Explorer had about 100,000 miles of service at the time. Installation was simply bolt on. With the F-150, you'll need a spring compressor to take the strut apart. Not all of us have that tool. I sure don't.
