Called superlift and they stated that this 5.5" block will work for the new body style f150s but it looks nothing like my existing blocks? Will these work?

Negative they will not work. The new body style has a double pin not a single pin like the ones pictured. I just went through this with my lift. They sent the single pin ones and mine has the double pins. All 04 to current have double pin.
