Lower Ball Joints - Pressed in?

Had a ball joint shear off, luckily at slow speed. I have western Chassis lower arms on my 2003 2wd f150. Anyone know if the ball joints are pressed in? They have a retainer clip but not sure if they are pressed in or not. Have to change them out tomorrow in a parking garage, tow truck can't get to it. Any help would be great.

Is Western Chassis one of the companies owned by AIM Industries? Just curious, how many miles do you have on them?
