OK Heres the list
2003 F150 RC SB 4.2 V6 5 speed
Tires are new Savero GT plus 255/70R/16s
This problem was there before new tires
Just turned rotors
Between 44-50 my truck feels like its on oval tires, after 50 its smooth, until 60 , at 60 it starts vibrating all the way to 80??? Any Ideas of whats wrong im lost. btw my old tires had lumps new tires have yet to show wear.

 

Sounds like they are way out of balance. But if the problem was there before the new tires then more than likely is truck related. Are you using factory rims or aftermarket? Also it could be your driveshaft out of balance too.
