just started doing some research and cant find where to buy it

its for my buddys dodge 1500 it has a 9 inch lift and figured it was time to upgrade the steering

is it easy to install yourself?

Unless it's not street driven at all, you don't want hydraulic steering. If you've ever driven a tractor on the highway you will know why.
