bouncy front end

so my idea is that the shocks are ruined after i self installed my leveling spacer on my 2003 f150. because after the lift i started boucing like crazy.

i've read on alot of forums people who have done it and had the same result and also seen alot of replys saying that it's weird because it actaully makes it tighter ride.

example :
bumps are normal they just shake the truck, but when going down a slight slope then going back up the truck bounces down and allthe way up to the stopping point like there is no further the truck can go up without bringing the wheels off of the ground. on a bad bump it will do it two or three times and i look like an idiot bouncing around... oh dear.

shocks?

did you just crank your stock torsion keys or did you purchase aftermarket keys allowing you to "overcrank" your torsion bars? how much did you lift the front end??

nah i dont have torsion key, it's a 2wd .

but yeah wandell what else does that so bad? people say balljoints can also cause it, but it can't be that violent on bad humps due to balljoints.

ahh went to mienaki and he said the shocks had no fluid and looked to be involved in 1 or 2 road side bombing incidents. He said in 20 years of shock replacement he's never seen a shock that bad lol.

ahh the ride is so much nicer.
