quick question about a lift

the shop that i went to about liftin my truck tells me i should do an airbag lift. I dont think this is right, he says it wont maske the ride as hard and it will just be better for the truck.
Any input guys? If this is a good idea what airbags should i tell him to put in? thanks.

the guy is full of crap. All you need is a 6" lift. Fabtech and Procomp both make them.

Now he might be saying to put airbags in the rear so that when you tow you can level the rear out once you have the weight on the truck.

This can also be fixed with an add-a-leaf, helper springs, or even new stiffer leaf packs. But these methods usually stiffen the ride alittle.

Honestly if you dont tow much then theres no reason forbags.

I offroad often and would never think of getting bags. I just think they would be way to easy to tear.
