body lift

Question body lift

How hard is it to put a body lift on a 07 f150,and how much money am I looking at?

the lift will cost around $300

The lifts are harder than the 97-03 F150's but not impossible.

Id deffinitely get the help of 2 or 3 buddies. It can be done in a driveway im sure.

Before you do it, get the kit from Performance Accessories, read the instructions a few times, and a week or two before install start spraying the bolts with PB Blaster.

It took the shop 12 hours to do mine...

It's not really hard, just time consuming.

950$ for parts and installation (canadian) + 100$ for the gap guard (canadian)

The kit for your 07 runs over $400 bucks and the gap guards are another $110. I have the same year truck and its costing me $750 for the install. The 07 model is the most difficult to install a BL.

i got my gap guards off ebay from sportztrailers for $70

Might as well get a $1200 pro comp 6" lift. There outrageouslly high for a 06+ model

he already has a suspension lift i believe

Well in that case Go for it!! Love to see 38's on F150's. Can you run 40's w/ a 6"lift,spacer,AAL and a 3" body lift?

depending on the tire but you will have to do some trimming unless its a 4X4.
