stock height
with my limited knowledge it looks like its been lifted.. from the looks of it the person took off the aftermarket wheels and tires and put back on the stock ones which is why they look way to small for the truck...
I may be wrong thougH?

i think its lifted. it could just be torsion bars and a block or something in the rear. look at your angles on your front end components (axles) and if their straight then its lifted. if there at an angle torsion bars are cranked.
also to check see if their is a subframe below your front end that drops your lower control arms. it will be really obvious

Looks LIFTED to me...
I agree someone pulled off the aftermarket wheels and tires before trade in...
Check the gap between your body and frame.
May be a body lift too.... But either way it's lifted.

deal here is, i just bought the truck from online auction, so i haven't received it in person yet. a tow truck will be delivering. an awesome deal (i really mean a steal) i just hope it does not require too much mechanical repair. i just hope i can reverse the lift. would this be a fairly inexpensive and not too time consuming project? i'll keep you all posted.
what size aftermarket wheel and tire do you think would fit properly?
would that be a cheaper alternative? i just dont want to look too off roadish.
how much should a truck like this be worth? (roughly)

I really doubt its a body lift. the tow hooks, hitch, and exhaust all seem to be in stock location.
that might be something like a 4" Rancho Kit
but agree'd that we need more pics to know what is going on.
I would say a very nice condition truck would be 7-8 grand with decent miles on it.

i would just get new wheels/tires. some lifts allow you to run stock rims, gotta find out what lift first.
if you don't want a offroad look, do 18's and 35's with a non agressive AT. or if you can find a radiat tire in a 35 you could get that to keep away the offroad look.
well, if you like the height leave it, you will have to find stock knuckles and some other parts then pay for uninstall, and it will be about the same im sure of just new rims/tires.
