Fron't Left Bearing Problems?

I did a fron't brake job on my 2004 F150 SuperCrew 2WD, and replaced my rotors with new OEM Ford Rotors. About 2 months later, my left front suspension started to make a horrible sound on slow turns. It lead me to believe the bearings was bad, because the sound only happened on turns.

I replaced the rotor/bearing assembly again, and now about 3 months later, I have the same bearing ticking sound. Gradually getting worse as it did in the past. So...I'm wondering if anyone encounterred the same problem? & what were your solutions? Thanks for your help!

My 4x2 left front went out at 41,000 miles and I replaced both front rotors with Raybestos from a local parts store. I have 35,000 on them and no problems. That has to be frustrating.

Yes it is. I figured I replace the rotors to eliminate bearing failure...look what happens...To add more salt to the wound, I replaced rotor/bearing assy. with OEM!

Yes, on the 4x2 it only comes as an assembly and is not cheap. I paid about $300 for the pair. But, I saved a bunch, the dealer wanted almost $900 to do both sides.
