I just installed a tuff country level kit on my 04 f-150 and the front ends fells and sounds loose while driving on rough roads. Any advice.

is it a grinding sound or a clunk? check your wheels on the inside to see if they look like they were rubbing on anything

its a clunking sound almost like the spring is hitting against the spacer or the spacer is hitting the criddle that the spring rested in before I installed the spacer.

check your sway bar. Make sure that it is tight. Sounds like the same thing that happen to my wifes 08 mustang.

yup upper controll arm hitting the spring is pretty common, how much of a lift did you get?

Yes, that is pretty common. That is why the Autospring kit is slightly offset, to eliminate this.

Ditto on the stuff said before, if that doesn't fix it... check your tierods... make sure they're serviceable.

After doing some research I should have used the autospring set-up insted. This install took me and my wife uncle the whole day. After reading about the autospring this would have takin me just over an hour. I like the idea that it bolts to the strut then to the frame. I had to compress the spring and remove the top place the spacer in and so on and so on.
