Has anyone used the Bilstein hd's for a 4X4 screw? Does this shock maintain a stock height? Does the 5100 series offer A 1 inch setting or is it just 0 or 2inch setting Thanks

Sorry, it is an 05 f150 supercrew 4x4 stock .... I just rolled 60000 and the Shocks went bad about 500 miles ago.. The ride turned terrible. I'm looking to replace the 275 18's with 285's keeping the stock 18 rim.
