my trucks a 2000 with 104,000 miles and i do not believe the previous owner changed shocks so im guessing that its time. im gonna go with the Bilsteins off of topguncustomz.com for 240 for all 4. anyhow, do i need to purchase anything extra or will they just bolt right up? Thanks

As long as you have the right shocks for your truck, they'll bolt right on. I've installed 2 set of Bilsteins, 1 on a 00 and the other on an 03. Both times, the fronts were a pain in the ****.

It's almost like the shocks are too short, I couldn't get the very top nuts to thread. Eventually I got them, but if you have a vice, you'll want to throw the rubber bushings in it and compress them as much as possible. This will help a little when you try and thread the top nuts. The rears weren't that bad.

Great shocks though. I'll probably always run them.
