It's a 2007 2wd i also tow a 6000# tt if that matters i see some people rather go with an add a leaf for extra load handling but i'm trying to save money for those damn bfg's but i want this issue fixed first also any recommended blocks or leafs brands you guys have used also prices if possible thanks seems i'm getting closer to a resolution

Don't the 2.5's kick it up a little higher anyway or is that just on the 2wd?

I have an 08 reg cab 2wd and it did hte same with mine. I bought a set of FX2 1" rear blocks and some new u-bolts to fix it. it will be about a half inch higher in the back when I am done.

Well, I am waiting on the funds to get new tires. Could be awhile unfortunately. I know the blocks will work because I actually had them on a few months back but the ubolts were threaded wrong. It measured and looked perfect. I have no rear blocks right now so there was nothing to stack. I just used the 1" blocks from the FX2. I got them from Tasca Ford, they advertise here. I called Fat Bob's garage and they sold me some ubolts that are long enough. I don't plan on putting them back on until I get the new tires because it looks kinda goofy right now.

Use the OEM blocks, they are "more better". You can get the 2" blocks from a 4x4 at a salvage yard for next to nothing......with the u-bolts.

Also....measuring from the top of the wheel well isn't exactly the best spot to determine if your truck is level. The front and rear wheel wells are different sizes. But I understand you're towing also, which will definitely make it look like it's dragging. So it sounds like the 2" block from a 4x4 would work perfect.
