You can remove the rear blocks or buy lowering shackles.

ok so which way is the best and if the best way is to buy the shackles where should i get it. Another thing i am reading the forums and you guys talk about for example I drop it 4 on the back and 2 on the front what those numbers means which one should i have to take according to my lowering needs.

Either way will work, but removing the oem lift blocks is free.
I'm not sure what you are asking with your second question.

Those numbers are just inches. Example: someone might want a 2/4 drop that just means 2 inches drop in the front and 4 inches drop in the back.

Right. The purpose of a drop like a 2/4 or 4/6 is so the truck will wind up sitting level. Just like most 6 inch lift kits actually will lift the front 6 inches but only lift the rear 4 inches.
If you want your truck to sit level, then removing the oem 2 inch lift block or installing 2 inch lowering shackles should put you pretty close to perfectly level.
