2wd lift

Hello, new here so bare with me.

I just got a 99 f150 ext cab fleetside. 2wd.
How can I put some lift under it on the cheap?
Im thinking 3-4 inches? What ever it takes to make it have the 4x4 look.
Thanks, John

You can use 3 hockey pucks for a body lift then all you need to buy is some longer bolts

A 3" Body lift and a set of 33's will make you look like a stock 4x4. then add some coilspring spacers and you will sit level.

DONT MAKE YOUR OWN BODY LIFT!

They are cheap enough to buy 160 dollars and you have everything you need

Why pay more for hockey pucks than you have to?

If you buy a Performance Accessories body lift, it comes with a steering shaft extension and bumper relocation brackets and everything else you need. For the love of God, don't try to make one out of hockey pucks. I hope he was kidding about that.
You can also use lift spindles for 3 or 3.5 inches of lift pretty inexpensively. Doestch spindles are good quality and pretty inexpensive.

ok so wheres a link for a kit that has 100% everything needed for a body lift. For about $200 or so?

Again. it is a 99 f150 2 wheel drive. I guess extended cab or what ever you truckers call them LOL. Heres another pic of it.

How much hockey is played in Alabama?

Out here on The Left Coast, I can't even find hockey pucks if I wanted to buy them.

You need the Performance Accessories body lift for a 97-03 F-150 Supercab. Any truck accessory shop (Summit, 4Wheel Parts, etc.) will have it for less than $200. I'd also get a set of their Gap Guards. These are rubber pieces that will fill up the 3 inch gap in the wheelwells the body lift creates.

Thanks Wandell,
I believe this is the kit your saying that I need.
http://store.summitracing.com/partde...5&autoview=sku

I read over the instructions and looks like it comes with everything I will need including harness brackets, radiator schroud brackets, bumper brackets and etc..

Looks like this is going to be a 2 day job in the driveway with some help from friends.

Huntsville has a hockey team other than that. This is the south we play football and baseball. No Ice here.

It never rains in Southern California.

But still, LA & SJ have hockey teams. I, for one, boycott. I refuse to participate in a "Canuck" activity. It's just "un-American"; like speaking French. You know: "Chevrolet" is a french word, and "Dodge"-ball was invented by the Chinese.
