Anyone have trouble with alignment after leveling kit install?

I had the Daystar leveling kit installed (4wheelparts did the work) my 06 KR Supercrew 4x4 right after I bought it. I also swapped the stock Pirellis for BFG 285/55s on my stock 20" rims. Have about 40k mi on the truck now. I don't really drive off road all that often, and when I am tooling around my hunting lease I take it pretty easy on the truck.

So, that's the background. Now the problem - I can't seem to keep the truck's front end aligned. I've had it done by several different shops (including the Ford dealership) and it doesn't seem to hold for more than about 5k miles. Right after the alignment, the truck rides great. Then I get a shimmy in the front end after a few thousand miles (shows up at about 70 mph). Anybody else having this problem?

When i had my 2" kit installed all that had to be adjusted was the toe.. You should not have needed an entire alignment.. I still have the pirellis on my 20's and it rides perfectly..

my dads and sister 2 1/2 inch leveling kits have had no problems. one has 13000 since being put on the other has 10000 since being put on. thats kind of a wierd problem. i dunno what to tell you. if anything pull it off and see how it does for a while. never heard of a problem due to a leveling kit. are you sure its not the tires causing the shake?

Have you checked the leveling kit and re-torqued all the nuts & bolts? The Daystar is a pretty simple kit. It looks just like the Pro Comp Explorer Coil Spring Spacer. Perhaps the tech that did the installation did something wrong. I don't know. Just a thought.
