Lowering newb

So here is my truck as it sits now:

I'd like to drop it a little bit to fill in the wheel wells a little better. I'm not wanting to go crazy dragging frame and all... just want to get it to sit a little lower.

Having a 4x4, I know I can remove the rear 2'' blocks to drop it 2'', but I have a feeling that wont be sufficient enough to fill the wells. What would be the next option?
