Question Time for new shocks

Hi Yall......

I need to get some new shocks front and real for my truck. There are so many on the market these days. I wanted to get some input on what brands yall recomend. I have been told "Bilstien" is one of the best. However, I am pretty clueless on this stuff!

I use my truck for normal driving. Every once in a while I pull a small trailer. But I would like to have a pretty "stiff" shock if possiable.

Any suggestions or input will be greatly appreciated!

BTW, my truck is 2001 Screw factory height.

Thanks in advance!

Monroe shocks are very good also, one of the best shocks out there
http://www.monroe.com/catalog_lookup/ocl_default.asp

i have pro comp es3000's, they seem to ride better and be stiffer than stock and aren't too expensive either. but there are better shocks out there

Thanks!

I have also been told that "Rancho RSX" is a good shock too. Can anyone give me some feedback on this shock?

Thanks in advance!
