Don't Know Where To Put This Thread

If I put a 6" Fabtech with 5"rr blocks, and the biggest tires I can fit, Will I have to re-gear? If so what gears should I get and how much will it cost?

with a 2wd you can fit 35's with that setup.

and it would only benefit you too regear to 4.30's or 4.56's

what size engine? do you tow regularly? Highway or City?

Thanks, man. Love your signature. I got a 4.6L V8. Live in a small town. Tow occasionally, but mainly I just load the bed down. Highway some mostly tearing down a dirt/back road.

then do the 6" and 35's with 4.56 gears.

This will give you a nice amount of power down to the tires!

IF you plan on going with a larger tire in the future then go with 4.88's but thats only if you plan on adding a body lift and 37's or bigger!

Thanks man! The sig is gonna be staying for awhile!

I hear ya man. How much would re-gearing with 4.88's cost cause I plan on putting a body lift a little later on! Long Live The South, Brother!

i was quoted 1200 but its kinda what you can find. (labor 350 for front 250 for rear)+(price of gears and master kit)

For you being 2wd you only have to do the rear axle. The rear is easier to do so id think you could get it dont for under 650.
