1st of all welcome . You`ll get a lots info on this forum.

Don`t think they make a 8" lift for us 4x2.
What I have on my truck is 6" fabtech w/ 2"AS & 5" blks w/1.5"lift shackle
Guess you can say it`s an 8".

Go with a Fabtech lift .I`ve been satisfied with this lift.

Check out this thread I start a few days ago.

Thanks man. I just put a post where you put that same info and I haven't quite figured out the site layout. Thanks for the welcome and I still have no idea what that is that you just said. except for the lift.

I have the 6" Fabtech basic performance lift on my truck and love it. Make sure you add the 5" lift blocks instead of the 2" blocks that comes with the kit. You can order the 5" blocks here;

crash_lucky13 (josh) will give you a good deal, i got everything from him and he helped me out with everything. I got the fabtech with coilovers and a 2.5 leveling kit for the front and for the rear i installed a 5 inch block with a 2.5" Add a Leaf to fit 36's under there. I think it looks pretty good
