Leveling Kit Question

I installed a 2" AutoSpring leveling kit on my 2006 F-150 about a year ago. At the time the ride seemed stiffer but not too terribly bad. After driving it for a year it seems to really ride rough. Granted, the roads in my county are horse#%$* to begin with. After I installed the kit(did it myself) I took it into Ford to get aligned. To my knowledge they did not adjust the torsion bar. Were they supposed to? Will looseneing the bar make my truck ride any smoother? Will I have to get it aligned again if I loosen both sides of the torsion bar equally? Are there any other ways to make it ride smoother or am I just going to have to stick it out?

Thanks,

If you have an 06 you dont have torsion bars. More then likely your shocks are shot. I have 28k on my 05 screw and I just swapped out the shocks Sat and today and they where completely gone. The stockers are complete garbage.

What aftermarket brand did you replace them with?
