Sway bar question

I've been thinking of getting a sway bar to decrease the body roll on my truck but was wondering what would be more effective, a front or rear sway bar? Any other opinions are welcome.

Sway Bars

Not really that simple. A sway is going to affect the handling of the truck unless they are balanced right. Add a larger front bar and the vehicle will plow more in a turn. Add a rear only and it will want to swap ends in a turn. Balance it out and nice handling with little body roll. I put Addcos on my wife's Jeep Grand Cherokee and they were great. Little body roll and superior handling. There are several companies that make them for the F-150. I would recommend you research them and see what will give you a heavier front bar and add a rear bar. You will like the results. I have not added new bars to my F-150 yet. Still looking around. Have fun.
