Exclamation Is the rear lift supposed to be lower than the front???

Hey guys,
The backend of my truck is quite a bit lower than the front. Is that normal? The leaf springs only have 27,000 miles on them, so it's not like they are beat down and would make that big of a difference. It's a Fabtech 6"...installed a week and a half ago.

Any thoughts?

Picture of it here...

Nearly all of the kits are like that, just add-a-leaf.

I have the Fabtech kit and when I had mine installed I had the block that comes in the kit replaced wiht a Fabtech 5" block and no sagging. Either do an AAL or get yourself the 5" block and replce the block already installed. Fabtech should just put the 5" blocks in the kit automatically.

Interesting.

10.5" fender to tire in front.
8.5" fender to tire in back.

How much does it cost to add a leaf?

Will that be enough to bring it level?

Thanks guys!!!

personally, i'd opt for the larger block. the aal will roughen the ride a little, but it should increase payload a little as well.

Ok, where do I get em?

So, you think it's pretty easy/cheap to throw that in?

Wow, Hockey's truck is sweet!!!

Interesting approach.

Why would you go with the block? Is it cheaper?

Got it. And then I can put an AAL and 2" AS on later too...if I wanted to go 8".

Seems like a lot stuff on one truck though...but is, theoretically possible.

Sweet!

rather than the 2'' AS, i'd go w/ the adjustable bilsteins up front. they look real cool, and you can crank them from 0''-2'' of lift. the aal can be added later in the back, as well.
