looks good! just dont lift the rear to much i hate trucks that are higher in the back...

I have the 5" blocks in mine, been in there for about 1.5 years and haven't had any issues. Truck looks level to the eye, but I think it sits slightly higher in the rear. I had the shop order mine when they did the install, but here's a link to a place you can order them online.
