Quick question about suspension stuff

Im getting ready to buy the Bilstein 5100s for my truck to give it the nice level look, but I hear a lot of talk about switching out rear blocks? Im new to this kinda stuff, what rear blocks are people talking about, whats the advantage of getting bigger blocks, any help will be great.

I got a 2006 F150 STX 4x4
Reg Bed, Reg Cab

I do mostly highway driving and tow a 6000 lb boat/trailer combo once a month.

Thanks

you dont have the switch them if you dont want to.. sometimes depending on the truck when u level the front end, it might be taller then the rear, that is why people change the rear blocks or just add a leaf. i say wait till you put the bilstiens on to see if you need to lift the rear.
