Stiffest Stock Springs

What are the front spring rates for the 1998-2003 F150 2wd and which are the stiffest? Inquiring minds want to know.

stiffest factory spring, at factory ride height would be the F250 LD springs, or the F150 Heavy Duty springs.

Would assume the F250 springs are when the body style was the same, 1998/1999 I think? Also, F150 HD would be the 8800lb option?

f 250 hd has always been solid axle right ?
so the only option for 250 springs would be from the LD when it was IFS

which would be stronger 250LD or 150HD

now you got me interested in a susp. upgrade
and as far as ride, i don't really care. it's a truck!!

thanks
