Need help with shocks

I ordered the procomp 3000s from 4wheelparts. I went to put the new ones on but I'm a little confused. The old ones look like this on top:

The new ones look like this on top (eyelet):

Sooooo, are they the wrong part or what? I'm really confused right now. Thanks in advance!

They are the wrong ones. I would almost bet they are for a real F-250, not an F150 7700lb gvw.

Yeah that's what I thought as well. They even sent an e-mail asking what kinda truck before they sent out the shocks (which, was weird seeing as how I ordered them online and it already asked me what kinda truck). I even wrote '99 f-250 LD (7 lug, no superduty) or something like that when I e-mailed them. Sonuvabitch I hate when this happens.

Thanks king - we'll see tom. how long it'll take to get the right ones. The sales guy I called today didn't know squat Guess I shoulda looked better as soon as they got here.

They sent you the wrong item. Might as well send them back and ask for the correct shocks, or just ask for a refund. Same thing happened to me before when I ordered my taillights from Autopartswarehouse.com, they sent the wrong item, I sent it back to them and asked for the correct ones.

^^^ Yeah thanks.

I called them today and after hearing the "your wait will be 13 minutes or less" I was going to hang up. Needless to say, I should have. I think I went to almost 18 minutes on hold. The guy called procomp for the "right" part # I paid for the new set and when they get the wong ones, I'll be credited back. They sent a R A slip via e-mail to me 2 times which, go figure, both times didn't work. Then I got an e-mail that he will send the ups guy to my house When? LoL. I'll have to mail them in the morning. I just can't understand what kinda fubared cpu system they have. It's always something though
