Front

Is there any other way to lift the front of a 2000 f150 4wd besides torsion bar keys. i want to block and leaf kit the rear but dont no how to make the front go with it.

torsion bars are your only option.. unless you are good at making fully custom parts

The torsion bar adjustment keys are a bad idea. They just allow you to put more preload on your torsion bars than you can with the oem keys, which will lead to premature ball joint and cv joint wear. I'd suggest just cranking up the torsion bars with the oem keys enough to level your truck. If you want more height inexpensively, add a body lift.
