Additional parts?

Im looking at intalling a rough country 4" suspention lift to my 94 f150 4x4 with a 4.9L motor and 5 speed transmission. This kit includes front coil springs, axle drop-down bracket kit and rear blocks with U-bolts. Do I need the dropped pitman arm for this or any additional parts not included with the lift? And also will my motor tranny and rears withstand this lift. Also, what size tires would fit without cutting the fenders or blowing out my rears. Thanks ahead of time. Jason

Also, would i need to change the pinion angle on that so I'm not blowing through U-joints?

You should get the dropped pitman arm for 4" (power steering and manual steering are different so make sure you get the right one) and shocks will be needed. The rear blocks should be tapered to correct your pinion angle (put the fat of the block to the back). You can run 33" safely with no trimming and your motor and tranny should be fine.

Any ideas on where to get a decently priced pitman arm?
