try taking it to a different shop, maybe the one that installed your lift. some shops are more helpful when its comes to modified vehicles. some just dont want to mess with it.

You could always try loosing off all the subframe bolts ( while in the air and coil overs off). Then eyeball the components square again. Sounds like the lift components have shifted. Also check ball joints for wear. I would bet that your ball joins have two wear points created in them due to pre and post lift angles. If you had alignment before you should be able to get it back.

These lift kits are mass Produced, there not custom made for each truck at the time of order.

The problem is some of these kits have the lower alignment cam holes wrong in the crossmembers.

What you have is to much Negative camber, When you took it to the shop to have it aligned they should have given you a Print out, What i need to know is the numbers For Left Camber And Right Camber and the overall Camber. By knowing these numbers i can tell you how much your off

My Pro comp had this same exact problem, I relocated my upper control arms out a quarter of an inch on both sides.
Can you send me a pic of the front of your Truck, it needs to be taken with you about 50 feet from the front of your Truck?

You could try taking it to Brandon Ford. Its probably not too far from where you live. They specialize in those lifts and put them on brand new f150s with your exact tires just like yours all the time. Just a thought.Check this link and scroll down:

Good luck

I take mine to big chief in Jacksonville they do a great job on my truck . . Mine were feathering bad on the inside . It ended up being a broke tie rod on the drivers side . Jack up your front tires one at a time . When it is in the air wiggle it back and forth and side to side if it has movement you have a problem . That is how they found mine . That may not be the problem with yours but it was on mine . I would get the toyos when you get new tires the mud grapplers are sheety .

Bummer dude, Thats Only about 1/8" of negative camber, Changing tires is not going to fix that, it want matter what tires or rims you put on until you fix the camber problem.

How much caster did the alignment shop say you were running?
If its more than +4.3 on the left and +4.5 on the right then have them reduce it down to these numbers and that will give a little more space to pull the lower part of the tires in ( negative camber)

These numbers will not cause cupping or wig wag in the rear.

Not saying that this is the problem but on my truck I had only 10k miles when I installed my lift. I still had factory tires and wheels on it when I went to the aligment shop and had not done any offroading at all. I went straight to the shop from my driveway. Those guys had to replace both lower ball joints. The guy said that it was very strange that they would be bad so early but they were. Call RIZE and talk to Gio see if he can help if it's not another problem. Oh they also had to loosen all of the subframe bolts and kind of shift things around. Before they started my front end look like yours does. Hope this helps you out BUD. I'm working hard on an 18 pack so please excuse any TYPO's.
