does an f 150 7700 series take the same kind of shock as an f 150 or the same as a 250 just looking to upgrade shocks. also what is a good shock to go with if you have no lift

 

Physically it's the same shock, as far as the dimensions of the shock. But, a good manufacturer (like Bilstein) will have different valving internally for that truck and thus should list a different part number. Is it something you'd feel the difference in??? I doubt it, but I'd buy the correct one if available.
