tires rub

tires rub

i have a 6 inch pro comp, stage 1, with 35x12.50's and the rub like crazy , they rub when i turn in parking spots and every where i go, wat would be the best way to get some extra hieght out of the front so it stops?

What rim are you running? What's the backspacing? You shouldn't be rubbing at all.

Bilstein 5100 leveling shocks will give you another 1"-2" in the front.

I agree. The rubbing is probably caused by a wide wheel or one with shallow backspacing or a combination of the two. Where are they rubbing? Can you post a pic?

what is backspacing? You should not rub.

It would appear he has 17" MM 951's on his truck. I dont know why he would have a problem with rubbage unless his backspacing is way off

Ive got a 35's on a 3" body and i almost never rub. Only when im turning and hit a big bump does it ever rub. I would think that maybe somethings messed up on the suspension for it to rub like that.

Whats the backspacing......

I had that issue when I bought my KM2's but I also had new DL coilovers waiting to be put on so that quickly fixed it. The rims I have are 20x10 with 4.79 backspacing

Is his truck 4X2 maybe?

Hash can you post a pic showing how far out your tires stick out from back and front please

I bet he has the 10 inch wide version with only 4.5 inches of backspacing.
