terrible squeak

on my 2000 f150 ext. cab on the passenger side the are two A frames the top one goes from the frame which has two bolts one on each side of the A and then connects to the wheel. The 2 that bolt to the frame there are pads between the bolts and bracket and it seems to be squeaking from in there I sprayed wd40 to try and see if it was the bushing still squeaks. I dont know what it would be any help is greatly aprreciated.
Thanks

It is most likely your upper and/or lower ball joints making the noise.
