i want to go bilstein shocks soon. found these on ebay. any good? are they the popular/best ones for a 2003 4X4 with no lift? recommendations on different models? thanks in advance.

You didn't say, but what truck do you have?? Regular/extended cab or SCrew?? I ask because the Bilstein shock for the SCrew is different from the other trucks. It has different valving (to accomodate the weight of the truck) and it's a different length also (longer...don't know why the length is different)

Go to www.bilstein.com and dig up the part numbers for the two different shocks to make sure you get the correct one.

Bilstein only makes one model of shock for a non-lifted truck also, so no rocket science there. The HD is your only option.
