That tire is going to weigh a ton and really eat up the parts of a IFS truck. I personally have not done this, I just know from experience the damage large/wide tires does to IFS in a very small amount of time

i see your point, but it is not as heavy as a 37 x 13.5 or a 38 x 14.5 and a lot of guys are running those.

I'm not lifted. Lifted my last truck and ran larger tires and within 25k had to replace 2 ball Joints. You should make a poll and see what troubles people running the larger tires are having. It just seems like I hear an awful low of bitching and complaining about these lifted trucks needing constant work

Not trying to stop anyone from doing anything, but tires that big will DRASTICALLY increase wear and tear on all front end components

my 97 doesnt allow the balljoint to touch anything like that. the tierods did touch with 8" wide wheels but that was fixed with a 1/4" spacer plate. yeah it will cause more wear but what else would be expected? i havent had that many problems with my front end that i can pin point blame on the tires or lift. when i have to replace my front wheel bearings and balljoints after the truck has 150k miles+ and i dont know when or if anything was ever replaced.

although i think 15.5's are a bit too wide for our tierods and powersteering.
