Shocks for 97-03 2WD w/ 2" block?

Shocks for 97-03 2WD w/ 2" block?
Does anyone know who makes a shock for this or does anyone have this setup. The only shock that I have been able to find that says 2" is the fabtech performance shock but I'm not sure which model # I need. Thanks, Mac
