Question Back end too light

I just recently changed out my shocks on my '01 Scab, and i have noticed that they work great in the front because of the weight of the engine. but everytime i hit a bump or pothole, the back end jumps off the ground.

my questions is, is there some kind of inexpensive weights that i can add to the frame or underside of the bed to make it less jumpy/light?

these may work...

which shocks did you get?
are you sure they're the correct shock for your truck?
All pickups have a light rear-end but it shouldn't jump around like you say. I'm looking into the rancho 9000 because they're adjustable, but a bit pricey as well.

yea they would. but i dont think they would want to stay in one place. i got the monroe shocks. im not sure of the model, but i know they were like $27.99/shock. i dont mind it bouncing, but when i hit a speed bump, the front handles it fine, but the back...thats a different story. the bed relieves pressure from the shock, but has no recoil when it comes back down. thats what i meant by bounces around.

it like when you jump in the air and land with your legs straight and stiffened out.
