Question Labor costs?

Ok, I'm planning on getting my truck lifted and etc. and I'm trying to get a general estimate of what to expect for labor fees?

I'm installing the Procomp 6" stage 1 lift, 35" tires mounted on 20" rims, 3 Magnaflow SIDO rear exit cat-back exhaust, and an AF1 air intake 3.5"

I'm not sure how long those items would take to install, but I'm assuming 4-6 hours from start to finish. I know I could just as easily call for a quote from my local lift shop near Houston, TX, but I'd like to at least get an idea of what to expect for the complete installation fee.

I have been calling around for lift installation prices , the quotes I've been receiving have ranged from $500 to $750. That was just for the lift and the Ford dealers price was $1090 including an allignment.

I just had a 6" Fabtech lift with 2" autosprings up front and 1.5" AAL in rear as well as a dual stearing stabilizer installed with alignment for 700$...Good price I figured.
4WP wanted 750 OTD but that was just for the lift and alignment.

Ditch dealerships and find an ORV shop in the area. They are more forgiving. Dealer hourly rates around here run 65-80 dollars. Outrageous! Private shops in the area do the same basic maintenance prorated by vehicles for as little as 35 an hour. BIG drop.
