I am pretty sure this has been done a time or two. I was wondering if you put the stock 4x4 blocks in the back and the 4x4 coils in the front would your truck have the same lift as a stock 4x4. My truck is a 2006 Screw.

I don't see why you couldn't do it that way. I have a 2wd '06 Screw and I went with the level kit option. $89 shipped and simple install. Alot of people put the stock blocks in the rear but you have to get longer bolts. The ones you have now will be too short.
