Crap I forgot to enter the coupon code. 
I went with shock warehouse. 
I was actually about to order from shox.com but I went to check out some other fellas personal info came up in all the fields. They definitely have a bug in their system and I'm not going with a company like that.

Just called. Good CS at shock warehouse. Apparently the 5100s were backordered and just arrived today. Changed my order to the heavy duty Bilsteins. Just gonna keep the spacer have some shocks in there for lifetime usage/warranty. He also let me add the discount code.
