Level kit with Bilsteins?

I had originally planned on a 6" suspension lift with 35's but some unexpected $ problems is stalling this so I am probably going with a 2 1/2" level kit and Bilstein 5100 series shock absorbers . I have to replace the stock shocks (I have 59000 miles on them). Would this set up be ok? Is it worth going with the Bilstein shocks? If not, is there another shock that anyone could recommend.

you can only do 1 or the other because both are made to level our year (04+) trucks out, if $$$ isnt a real big issue get the bilsteins but if you have a budget get the 2" or 2.5" leveling kit

You can raise the front of the truck 1" or 2" with the 5100's. By relocating the spring perch location. The 2" setting on the 5100's is the same as the AS 2" leveling kit. The 2.5 inch AS kit is 1 5/8" thick and is only a 1/8 of an inch smaller then the 2". This will make a differance of about 1/2 to 3/4 inch more lift.
Save your money and dont buy the AS kit. The 5100 on the 2" setting will give you the same look and save you $90 bucks.
