Question Rear Blocks??

i have a 2004 f150 2wd and was wondering if there was anyway i could put a bigger block in the rear to make it taller. i already have the 2.5" spacer so would that mean i would have to go higher in the front again also? how would i do this? is there anywhere that sells this? thanks

so you think an add-a-leaf is better than a block?
do they make block kits?
where can i get them and how do i level out the front once i lift the rear?

I don't believe your 4x2 has a lift block from the factory. If you want to lift the rear just add lift block in the size you want. You can add a 1 inch, 2 inch or 3 inch lift block. However, you are at the limit up front with the 2.5 inch leveling kit. Your only option to go higher up front is to add a complete suspension lift.

not to start war, but not true. one call to Autospring CORP will reveal that a 2wd f150 can use up to a 3.5" spacer with no worse ball joint angle than that of a 4wd with 2.5 spacer. although they don't advertise it they can custom make one up to that size for a 2wd truck . i'm installing my custom ordered 3.25" spacer with 3" rear blocks (AS as well) thursday.

its 2 seperate kits. the spacer, then the blocks. i've got about 800 pounds of tools in my toolbox so "my" truck will be level when done, however yours may not. you might do better with a 3.25"spacer up front and custom 2" block in rear. both kits together cost me ~$215.

2Wd does not have a block from the factory. The 4WD comes with a 1 or 2 incher.
