i just recently got new shocks on my 01. i opted for the Monroe shocks, the cheap ones that are like $28 each. the guy at my local autoparts races dirt track for a living and he says these are the best replacement shocks he knows of for the price. the ride better than the $60 monroes and last longer. the first day i put them on i drove 300 miles back to school in Dallas, and it was a heck of a difference.

Spend a few extra bucks and by yourself a set of the Edlebrock IAS shocks you will not be disappointed.
