Rear Lift Springs, need help ASAP

Well noticed some squeaking the other day after I got my water pump done, and today I finally crawled underneath of it while on break at work. Looked at my passenger side rear lift block and it looked turned slightly on an angle... so I figured the block turned somehow and was causing the squeak somehow. So after work I went out with a pry-bar to try and turn the block straight again without having to loosen the U-bolts. I try to pry it, but its not turning... then I gander over at the drivers side and noticed the real problem...
Looks like two of my damn leaf springs snapped in half, and one was just about stuck in there almost about to come out it seemed. Guys at work suggested banging it back in with a BFH and using an exhaust clamp on it to at least hold it in place to make it home somewhat safely.

The truck is an 84' with a 4" Rough Country lift, with blocks in the back.
There are two blocks in the back, one that is smaller and has something kind of sticking off of it, and then the lift block on top of that.

What I was thinking of doing is just getting a leaf spring lift and get rid of the block/blocks, but I have a couple questions first someone might be able to help me with. Do I have to take both blocks out (top and bottom) if I put a leaf spring lift in? And I would have to get an "inch" leaf spring (I see 2.5", 4", etc) that matches my lift size... so would I need a 4 inch leaf spring, or do I keep the lower block and get a 2.5" spring?

Really need to get this fixed ASAP so any help would be appreciated. This is my daily driver and my ride to work, so I'm kind of SOL until I can get this problem resolved. Thanks!!!

EDIT::: Just used my better judgement and ordered a pair of Rough Country 4" Rear Leaf Springs. $410 (455 after shipping) . Sure hope they work out alright. I'll have to figure out the block situation once the leafs come... if it sits low with both blocks removed, then I'll put the smaller one in and see how it looks. JCWhitney has replacement springs for about 100$ each... almost got those but I figure it'll be worth it in the long run to just get the blocks out of there (at least I hope so).
Spent nearly $1500 on this damn truck in the past month, and theres still more that needs to be taken care of. Gotta pay to play I guess... just harder to do when your play truck is your daily driver :o.
