Bulletproof Suspension

Anybody here know much about their suspension kits for 2wd. Quality, durability, handling ect.. I would like to get a good 8-10in. susp. lift but nobody makes more than a 6in. for 2wd. I know, I know I should got a 4wd but I know I wouldn't use it, my last truck I used it only once, but I like the lifted look. I'm not sure if I wan't to go 12ins. though, but if I do I want to make sure it's a decent kit. I would appriciate any info. or suggestions.

Thanks,
Jimbo

You might like it. They are "Show" lifts. Not built for abuse. If you didnt use your 4x4, maybe it would work for you. Alot of people will say that they stink, but thats because once you really get above about 8" of pure suspension (not including cranked shocks) you really can't expect excellent performance out of a bolt-on kit for a lifted IFS truck.
i.e. look at the cross-member on a 6" lift, then look at the cross- member on a 12" lift.

If you don't beat your truck, I think it would work for you.

bulletproof and rize probably have the most trusty worthy extreme lifts outta the rest of em'. one thing i would do on both is upgrade to uni-ball UCA's and coilovers.

remember that a 2wheel drive truck sites 2in. lower than a 4wheel drive. so a 12in bullet proof lift is like a 10in lift, then you could add adjustable coil overs and go 14in.

Is it whiplash and full throttle that are the iffy ones? Maybe I got confused.

JImbo: Go with what the other guys say. I guess I got my big lifts confused....

Whiplash has a pretty bad reputation.

Thanks again guys. I'm still not sure what I'm going to do yet I kinda want to pay the truck off first so it gives me a little time. Noog your right that would look crazy. I really like the look of your truck, I'm trying to achieve that wilth all suspension. The bulletproof lift is the closest but I'm having a hard time with the look of the cage they use for the front end. Well like I said I got a little time so maybe someone will make something closer to the look of the fabtech or rize in 8-10in. lift. Anyways thanks again.
