Difference between 1.5" & 2" Leveling Kit (AS)

Hey everyone. I'm looking into a leveling kit for my 05 F150 4x4 and I'm not sure which to go with. Is there a big difference between the two sizes from Autospring? I do not haul or tow anything but a load of mulch maybe twice a summer. I prefer the front a little bit lower than the rear but I definately want the front higher than stock. I know where the search button is but I couldn't find much on a 1.5" leveling kit. Any help is appreciated.

FWIW: I am going from 255/70/17 to probably 285/70/17 in the summer. Thanks for the help.

The difference between the 1.5" and 2" Autospring is .5"

Any other questions?

Seriously though.....if you want your front-end 2" higher, get the 2". 1.5" higher, get the 1.5". Simple as that.

Just go measure your truck.

My '06 is 2" lower in the front. I plan on getting the 1.5" AS (which you have to call to get from them) as I will periodically be towing a boat this summer and want to keep a 'little' rake.

So, measure your truck and determine if you want to keep some rake or not.

I would go with the 2" and maybe run a bigger rear lift block. Autospring also makes em !

Thats the best thing to do. All these trucks seem to be different in what they need to make level. It does seem that the 06 to 08's don't require as big of a leveling kit as the 04/05's, which is possibly due to having 1 less leaf spring in the back.

Also, Most of the Autosprings seem to be netting about a 1/2 more lift then advertised.
